Managers and employees who handle personal data are expected to follow approved procedures, maintain confidentiality and report suspected data incidents promptly.
Data-subject requests
Requests relating to personal data are recorded, verified and handled within applicable statutory timeframes.
Security and incidents
We use proportionate organisational and technical safeguards. Suspected breaches are assessed and, where required, reported to the Data Protection Commission and affected individuals.
Review
This policy is reviewed periodically and when material changes occur in law, systems or business activities.
