Concerns may include suspected criminal activity, fraud, corruption, serious safety risks, breaches of legal obligations, environmental harm or attempts to conceal wrongdoing.
How to report
Raise the concern with your manager or another appropriate senior contact. Where that is not suitable, use the confidential contact route provided internally or contact us through the website and mark the communication confidential.
Protection and confidentiality
Reports made in good faith will be treated seriously. Information will be shared only where necessary to assess or investigate the concern, subject to legal requirements.
Investigation
Concerns will be acknowledged, assessed and investigated proportionately. Deliberately false or malicious reports may be addressed under applicable procedures.
